Core components of SAFe are DevOps and automation, which when fully implemented, provide a scalable, repeatable, and predictable delivery model. This allows us to consistently release new features and updates every few weeks.

Reliable Software

To deliver high quality software regularly, we manage quality both pre- and post-release.

All code that is accepted into the code base must pass a peer review process.

All code that is accepted must build successfully, pass automated tests, pass automated coverage checks, and pass automated code analysis checks for code quality, reliability, and security.

Once code is deployed and released, it cools off for a 1-2-week period where appropriate manual checks are performed by QA (ISTQB), toggled, rolled-back, or hotfixed as needed.
